Important Reminders for Our Technology Upgrade

1. Your account number is remaining the same.

2. You may continue to use your existing Universal Bank checks and debit cards.

3. Access to your online banking will be limited from Friday, June 18, at 6:00 PM to Monday, June 21, at 8:00 AM

4. Your Universal Bank loan number and payment process will remain the same. We will be updating the return mail address.

5. Bill payment services will be suspended at 6:00 PM PDT on Monday June 14, 2021. All payment previously scheduled for June 21^stor the week following will process as normal. Payee and payment history will remain in the system.
