Promotional products are account types with an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) higher than the Bank's Business Posted Rates, will require a minimum balance to earn the APY, a minimum opening deposit, the interest rate may change after the opening of the account and the promotion is offered for a limited time.
2Earnings credit will be determined by the Bank and subject to change without notice. The earnings credit will be applied to offset any Bank fees assessed on the account. Account balances in other business account types will not help increase earnings credit nor waive any Account Analysis fees.
3Account transactions are limited to ACH credits, ACH debits, checks paid, and checks deposited. There will be a Transaction Fee of $0.30 for each credit/debit transaction above the stated transaction count.

5Enrollment in Zelle® with a U.S. checking or savings account is required to use the service. Universal Bank customers must use an eligible Universal Bank consumer checking account, which may have its own account fees. Consult your account agreement. To send money to or receive money from a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution's online or mobile app experience. Funds are typically made available in minutes when the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle® (go to enroll.zellepay.com to view participating banks). Select transactions could take up to three (3) business days. Enroll on the Universal Bank mobile app. Limitations may apply. Message and data rates may apply.
Only send money to people and businesses you trust. Neither Universal Bank nor Zelle® offers a protection program for any authorized payments made with Zelle®, or provide coverage for non-received, damaged, or not-as-described goods and services you purchase using Zelle®, so you might not be able to get your money back once you send it.

7Business loans and lines of credit origination fee discount is offered to eligible customers with an existing business relationship established 30 days or more. Business customers must also meet their average daily balance requirement or meet their daily minimum balance combination requirement for their qualifying accounts. New business relationships established less than 30 days with the Bank do not qualify. The origination fee discount is subject to the loan type (business loan or line of credit) and the amount borrowed.
