ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO: VP Controller

SALARY RANGE: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounting Supervisor oversees accounting operations, which includes accounts payable and financial accounting. Provides financial reporting and ensures accounting operations and practices adhere to the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Supervises accounting staff and provides training to new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.

Branch Supervisor (Bilingual Chinese)
DEPARTMENT: Retail Banking
REPORTS TO: Branch Operations Manager
SUPERVISES: Branch Staff
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees all operations of the branch, including new accounts, teller operations and the safe deposit area. Responsible for the acquisition and retention of deposit accounts. Develops branch personnel into highly proficient persons in public relations, customer service and technical knowledge. Responsible for the office in the absence of the Branch Operations Manager.

Senior Accountant

SALARY RANGE: $27.50 – $31.25 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is primary responsible for various accounting assignments related to month-end close and reporting cycle, process improvements, analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, and maintains accurate financial records (including appropriate subsidiary ledgers) in accordance with principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP). The Senior Accountant should be knowledgeable of all banking and general accounting functions.
