HR/Benefits Administrator

Location: West Covina, CA

Position Summary

Responsible for new hire to termination processes. Prepare all necessary human resource reports and logs. Responsible for benefit administration, includes directing managers and employees on benefit availability and the eligibility requirements for the Bank. Maintains HR records and processes payroll data. Interface regularly with company insurance carriers, brokers, and corporate counsel regarding human resource issues. Handles the administration of annual benefits open enrollment process with company representatives. Has direct responsibility for employment, employee relations, and payroll processes. Responsible for all internal and external payroll processes from start to finish including payroll input, self-auditing, running and creating reports, quarter and year end balancing, processing complex payroll transactions, reconciliation and tax reporting. Act as a liaison with Automatic Data Processing TotalSource (ADP).
